Daily Practice & Asana Lab

Master the fundamentals, then explore the advanced.

Our daily practice and Asana Lab sessions follow a clear progression. You'll begin with foundational poses, building a solid base. Once you've mastered the basics, you'll progress to more challenging asanas.

In the Asana Lab, you'll dissect each pose, exploring its nuances:

  • Find the perfect form.
  • Connect movement with breath.
  • Cultivate body awareness.
  • Focus your gaze. (Drishti)
  • Use props for support and exploration.
  • Understand the effects of each pose.

You'll spend at least 4 hours daily honing your practice and expanding your knowledge.

We'll cover a lot of poses, including:

Breathing Exercises (Pranayama)

Breathing is super important in yoga. You'll learn how to control your breath with different Pranayama techniques.
