I'm new to yoga, can I still participate in the 50-hour teacher training?

While some yoga experience can be helpful, it's not strictly mandatory. Our program starts with the fundamentals, making it accessible to beginners with a strong sports background, good body awareness, and a commitment to the journey. However, to fully benefit from the training's intensity, we strongly recommend establishing a consistent yoga practice several times a week beforehand.

I'm not sure I want to teach. Is this training still beneficial?

Absolutely! Many students join our 50-hour program to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. You'll gain valuable knowledge and skills that will enhance your journey, whether you choose to teach or not.

How is the 50-hour program different from the 200-hour program?

The 50-hour program is a focused and immersive introduction to the foundations of yoga teaching. It covers essential aspects of asana, alignment, anatomy, and teaching methodology. The 200-hour program is a more comprehensive training that delves deeper into these areas and prepares you for Yoga Alliance certification.

What if I have a full-time job? Can I still fit this training into my schedule?

Our 50-hour program is designed to be manageable, even with a busy schedule. The training takes place over 7 days, with a structured daily schedule that allows for focused learning and personal time.

What styles of yoga will I learn?

Our 50-hour program focuses on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, providing a strong foundation in these popular styles. You'll also have the opportunity to explore Yin yoga and Thai Yoga Massage.

What is a typical day like in the training?

A typical day includes morning meditation and pranayama, asana practice, workshops on specific topics like anatomy or philosophy, and time for self-reflection and practice teaching.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion that acknowledges your participation in the 50-hour program. This certificate can also be used as credit towards our 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training.

What is included in the program fee?

The program fee includes tuition, course materials, yoga equipment, 6 nights of accommodation, and daily breakfast and lunch.

What are the accommodation options?

We offer comfortable accommodations at our partner venue, with options for private or shared rooms.

What if I need to cancel my participation?

Step 1. Registration

Fill in the registration form and make a deposit of $185.

Step 2. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation by email within 24h.

Step 3. Final payment

The balance due will be paid preferably by bank transfer at least 15 days before the start of the training.

Note: The deposit and the balance are fully refundable less than 10 days before the beginning of the course. After that, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance can be transferred to another training date once or refunded at 50%.
