Payment Terms

Effective for all registrations from March 20, 2026

1. Deposit & Registration Fees

A deposit of USD 580 is required to secure your place in any 200hr or 300hr Yoga Teacher Training. This deposit includes USD 60 of fixed, non-refundable registration fees covering administrative and reservation costs engaged immediately upon confirmation.

The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. However, it may be transferred one time to another available session within 18 months of the original start date, subject to availability.

2. Remaining Balance

The full remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer or Wise at least 60 days before the start of the training. PayPal is not accepted!

For late registrations, the remaining balance must be paid upon confirmation of your registration.

Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe will result in cancellation of your registration, with the spot offered to someone on the waiting list.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All YogaBreezeBali trainings involve exclusive, small-group sessions (maximum 12 students) with privatized accommodation and venue. This structure generates significant fixed costs committed well in advance. The following policy applies to all sessions

Cancellation notified more than 4 months (120 days) before the start date: The remaining balance is fully refundable, minus bank transfer fees. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable once within 18 months..

Cancellation notified between 2 and 4 months (60–120 days) before the start date: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable, minus bank transfer fees. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after this point.

Cancellation notified less than 2 months (60 days) before the start date: No refund of any amount. No transfer. All payments are forfeited.

No-show, early departure, or interruption of training: No refund, partial or total, will be issued regardless of the reason

4. Seat Replacement Clause

In cases where YogaBreezeBali is able to fill a cancelled spot with another student, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of management, net of all fixed costs already incurred. This is a goodwill gesture and not a contractual obligation.

5. YogaBreezeBali Cancellation

In the event that YogaBreezeBali is forced to cancel a training due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to unexpected closure of Indonesian borders, natural disaster, or force majeure), participants will be offered either a full refund of all payments made (excluding flights and personal expenses) or a transfer to another session of their choice within 18 months, subject to availability.

6. Teaching Staff

The lead teacher is confirmed at the time of registration. Secondary teachers and guest instructors may be subject to change for pedagogical, organisational, or personal reasons beyond our control. Such changes do not affect the training content, objectives, or quality of instruction and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, transfer, or compensation of any kind.

7. Venue & Accommodation

YogaBreezeBali reserves the right to change the training and/or accommodation venue if circumstances beyond its control — including construction, noise disturbances, logistical constraints, or conditions affecting the quality and serenity of the programme — make the originally planned location unsuitable. In such cases, the programme will be transferred to our main training and accommodation site or an equivalent location. This decision is made in the interest of participants and does not alter the teaching content, programme schedule, or quality of guidance, and does not entitle participants to any refund, transfer, or compensation.

8. Travel Cancellation Insurance

YogaBreezeBali cannot be held responsible for personal circumstances preventing attendance. We strongly advise all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, personal accident, illness, and force majeure before confirming registration..

9. Acceptance

Registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
