Our goal is to offer a total immersion into our Indian tradition-based Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training program led by Julie and her experienced team. This 200 hour Yoga certification course takes place at the quiet Jerman beach with beachside accommodation included.

In addition to Yoga Alliance standards, the YogaBreezeBali’s certification course is exclusive to 12 students per session to offer the best learning experience possible. We want to be able to pay particular attention to each student and answer all the questions in depth to improve your training time.

You will follow the practical and theoretical courses in our two dedicated space. The morning practice takes place facing the ocean while the rest of the day will be spent in the beautiful floating Shala where created a sacred space with an intimate atmosphere to allow you to go further and connect with your true self.

200 Hour Hatha & Vignasa YTT Program

YogaBreezeBali has developed a unique 200 hour Yoga teacher training program that cleverly combines the philosophical fundamentals and traditional Indian practices with its modern vision. Our RYT200 instructor course is a combination of intensive Hatha and Vinyasa practice with specially designed topics to accompany you on the path of Yoga. We will provide you with a solid foundation to become confident intructors. You will be able to create intelligent and creative sequences and teaching techniques in accordance with the fundamentals principles of yoga while keeping your own voice. Yoga Certification Course Topics


The first days of the Yoga teacher training certification will be dedicated to the Pawanmuktasana series and basic asana. We will integrate during the following weeks the various asanas in an intelligent order of progression and level of difficulty, once the basic asana are perfectly understood and mastered. To aim for that goal, the schedule will include a minimum of 4 hours asana practice daily.

70 asanas will be covered during the YTT program:

In this topic, we will focus on “What is Pranayama?” and the 5 main types of Prana. Recognize how the Vayus focusing can affect the asana practice. Through practice, reading and conversation, we will apply different breathing techniques, thus developping breath awareness and explain how Pranayama use the breathing to influence the flow of prana in the nadis.

We will discuss and practice different types of meditations. Through discussions and readings based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, we will learn and explain the concept of meditation, the five states of mind, and the four states of consciousness and the path of liberation.

It is important to know the history of yoga and its roots to develop a deeper understanding of the practice. Through readings and discussions, we will study the basic philosophy, concepts and history of yoga and question how we can today integrate these concepts and principles into our modern lifestyle.

For your 200H certification program you will learn the basics of anatomy and physiology related to yoga. Understand the basic structures and functions of the human body but also discover the subtle energy body and the equilibrium that our practice does to harmonize both.

In addition to understanding and mastering Asana, one of the most important parts of this certification program is finding your voice as instructor. That’s why you will start to practice teaching from day one. We will provide you with the knowledge, tools and tips you need to feel free to translate the information and to be comfortable and confident in your teaching.

In order to put into practice the teachings of your training, each students will lead 5 hours of yoga classes, one of these will be part of the final exam. Leading your own class is one of the most important aspects of your YTT certification course to feel comfortable and confident in your future role as an instructor.

The art of sequencing 

This part of the Yoga certification is focused on the intelligent and creative skill of sequencing. Based on a topic or subject, you will learn to create a continuing thread that connects each posture, incorporating variations and modifications. Learn fluidity and balance to link the postures in a choreographic approach always inspired by the choice of your class theme.

The Venue

Our yoga teacher training is the only one located in front of the white sandy beach of south Bali. Close to the famous beach of Kuta, Jerman beach is a lovely and quiet place to stay. One of the beach becoming another best spot for sunset and its calmness.

Discover day after day the different facets of this wonderful place.

In the early morning, its calmness, and sweetness come to light as local activities slowly start, the right place at the right time for your daily meditation.

At noon, you will fully enjoy your break, feet in the sand, tasting a fresh juice or coconut while contemplating people surfing or cooling yourself off in the ocean.

In the late afternoon, after your daily training, you will be right on time to relax and enjoy sunsets known for being some of the most incredible in the world, contributing to your well-being, an essential part of your YTT experience.

Ideally located, you will have all facilities around you within walking distance, the opportunity to spend your free-time and days-off enjoying local markets, temples, beach activities, local food and various types of restaurants. Located at equal distance from Canggu and Uluwatu, you will have the choice to fully enjoy of the rice fields, temples or the magnificent viewpoints, beachs and cliffs of the peninsula.

Accommodation Details

The Patra hotel is hiding, offset from the famous Kuta beach, in a magnificent tropical garden to offer both quiet and accessibility. Blooming right on the white sand of Jerman beach, it’s sparkling and calm environment makes for a perfect and inspiring bubble to improve your YTT experience. 

The training and accommodation will take place at The Patra 5 stars resort, a blend of Balinese and Western style architecture with a tropical tree garden, two very large pool facing the ocean. Two beautiful spaces will be dedicated for our Yoga practice, a space with view on the ocean, as well as a beautiful floating Shala surrounded by a luxurious lotus flower.

The rooms :
At Patra, all our students are accommodated in deluxe suites rooms, private or double shared.
These very spacious (73m2) and comfortable rooms are all equipped with a living room, a terrace or balcony as well as a bath and a shower.

Meals :
The Patra’s buffet breakfast offers a very wide choice, the vegetarian lunch menu is also included

Dinners are not included but there is many pleasant choice offer to you. From the exit of the hotel, there are a multitude of local restaurants and other western restaurants a little further, still within walking distance. When fatigue takes over the desire to discover the local culture, it is possible to take advantage of one of the three restaurants available at the Patra hotel. The main restaurant will serve you Balinese, Indonesian and Western cuisine and you will also find an Italian restaurant as well as a Japanese one (open in the evening only).

We emphases on the wellness of our students as rest and nutrition as well as the state of mind are an important parts of an intensive training.

Julie is a former classical dancer, she naturally turned to Yoga Inspired by a holistic approach to life. Dedicated to teaching yoga in its most authentic form, she focuses on self-awareness to helps students understand their bodies, feelings and emotions. In this logic, Julie wants to bring an understanding of Yoga as a whole, extend its benefits beyond the mat and train responsible and passionate instructor.

Putu our Yoga & anatomy teacher

Putu is very attached to the traditional Hatha yoga in its complete form. He guide his students to understand the philosophy behind each poses through the use of Pranayama and bandhas combined with the study of anatomy to go futher in. As he likes to say “Do and feel the pose to be able to start to see with the eyes of your heart”. Putu completed his study in 2006 at The Sivananda Vedanta in India, is now a senior instructor running his own yoga school and we are proud to welcome him sharing is knowledge to our students.

Lia’s yoga journey began in 2005, Asanas and meditation practice fundamentally changed her life perspective. Traditional Hatha became her first choice to truly understand what yoga is for her, then she continued to explore some other tradition of vinyasa and yin. Lia hopes you will find your own way of practice and create your own fun journey to live in. For her, yoga is a way of life to be truly alive with love and compassion all around.

Brian Alaman

Brian, is originally from Flores Island (East Indonesia), his yoga journey began after an unforgettable Yin Yoga class that led him to study at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala School in India. Yoga helps him find inner peace, self-confidence, understanding of life and how to share the love that is in him. Brian is a passionnate and accomplished instructor who desires to help others by guiding them in their own practice.

Marylene is RYT500 yoga teacher
RYT 500

Marylene is specialized in Yoga anatomy and therapeutic applications. After teaching corporate yoga, she decided to pursue a PhD in Osteopathy to deepen her knowledge of the physical body. Today, Marylene teaches private and group classes, and co-host Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Using her own experience as a guide, she approaches yoga in a holistic way to help clients and students find peace of mind and regain self-confidence.

Sandy Guruh Nugroho

Before I started my yoga journey in 2010, I was a traditional martial arts practitioner. I used yoga to support my martial practice and significantly improve my body movements, meditation and my breathing technics. Traditional hatha and meditation became my first choice to really understand what yoga is, then I also explored other styles like vinyasa and ashtanga. Its now essential in my life, it helps me to manage confidently, everything that happens around me and inside me

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure your place in our Bali Yoga teacher training certification course, a deposit of $480 payable online is required. This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the first day of training. (After that time the deposit could be transferred to another training session depending on availability.

For the remaining payment, YogaBreezeBali accepts payment by wire/bank transfert (No PayPal) and should be paid in full at least 45 days before the start of the training.
